DMCA Policy

Peanut Butter Cookies With Chocolate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.   5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided in our Contact Us page.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Peanut Butter Cookies With Chocolate has removed or to which Peanut Butter Cookies With Chocolate has disabled access.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Peanut Butter Cookies With Chocolate may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement."
